HotKeyBind is completely free, you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License (usually known as GNU GPL).
Icons used in the program are under GPL and are extracted from the GNOME project.
The program is compiled with MinGW, a Windows port of GCC
The graphical interface is built with wxWidgets, an open source C++ GUI framework.
The installer is generated by the open source program Inno Setup.
The site, the program files and the CVS archive are hosted by SourceForge.
